Need Help Finding Some Butane

jdnet

Recommended Posts

Ok guys,

So I went to almost every tool and electrical shop I could think of in hopes to find some butane to refil my soldering iron but came up short. Basically I'm looking for any leads on places I could find some. If you guys know anywhere or a shop that even refills butane lighters (jet lighters) please let me know. Using the lectrical soldering iron inside the car is really time consuming and has a lot of limitations......

Thanks.

This is the stuff I used to buy in the U.S. but I don't think you would be able to find it here anyway.

Actually not easy to find the stuff. Zippo won't work as its not pressurized. Have been looking for some myself to refill my portable heat gun but not easy to come across the stuff. Can't seem to locate the old petty kade's that used to refill gas lighters a long time ago and supermarkets don't carry the pressurized fluid refills anymore. Would anyone know any shops in Maligawatte that may have them ?

Cheers,
