I kinda like your marketing strategy.Unfortunately though Im a fan of your tricks not a fan of thirsty babes ha ha.Just kidding mate...wanna exchange with a UMC Mazda 1500 deluxe .First SL made car sold.1st car made 5 Sri 7512 donated to Kelani Temple.This is car # 2...worth 2M.So thats a one to one exchange ..and yes that UMC is Kinda Japanes and black ha ha

Nice! - My uncle had one of those about 15 years back - fun car - he drove down with a make shift belt ( can't recall whther it was cloth tired together or lanu) all the way from Kandy once!

Hint: The one in SL is not the longer wheel base model.

No machan UMC Mazdas not that rare...Simca 1000s are.

This UMC 1500 we were talking was No 02 of the production line and first to market.Just kidding about the 2M tag.Not that expensive though.

Congrat bro! One of may favourite cars.again my dad owned one in early 80s..still remember the regd 2 Sri 5185 sold to a wealthy Batticaloa businessman in 1982.Recently I checked one in Kelaniya-Dippitiyagoda..a blue colour one...asking tag is bit high...still negotiating.

Love to see the car..Whats the colour..care to share few pics mate?

i think my dad checked out that car at kelaniya few months ago...thats what aroused his interest in it...i think the same guy has another blue p60 which he bought for parts,was asking 15000 for it....but it wasnt purchasing it coz it aint really worth restoring it ...

no bro...i just learned of these purchases by telephone from my mother,my folks and me live in two cities nowadays,so didnt get to see thecar yet...not even sure if its a p60...for all know i it could be a veddete or a 1100...will check

haha...i'm still very much at kelaniya bro,it's them who have moved to wennapuwa for health reasons for me dad,guy needs a rest...so i'm here holding the fort...he's taken to clearing out the clutter we have there so i expect some of the crocs will come up for sale shortly...you will be the first to know..lol

as far as far as i know the cars at kelaniya are still available mate...maybe even gone down in price,as i remem the guy was pretty eager to get rid of them....so worth another look see if your interested.

Yes it is....simple A series 800cc engine and single SU H2 sidedraft carb ,bullet fender light before the side mirror confirms that.
