Well if you are talking about the Challenger (1st gen Montero Sport JDM equivalent) it too never came with a 3.0L diesel

You got the

K96W : 6G72 3.0L gasoline

K99WG : 6G74 3.5L gasoline (I beleive this was a GDI engine)

K94WG : 4D56 2.4L (well 2476cc) diesel

K97WG : 4M40 2.8L diesel

Even from the above certain variants were offered only during certain periods of its production.

First Gen Montero Sport didn't come with 3L diesel engines. The available engine capacities for diesels are 2.5L, 2.8L and 3.2L. On the other hand petrol engines come with 3L and 3.5L capacities.

2835cc you can't put as 3L engine as it's not that close to 3000cc and 3200 4M41 is bit far away from 3000cc so not sure which engine code is 3L for Mitsi, 2016 model is fitted with 2.4 engine which produce better power than Gen 2 4M41

Do we have Factory 3.2 DID Montero Sport / Challenger in SL, as i have never seen or heard about such a model, never seen in NZ even, I have seen the Triton D/Cab with 3.2
