Hi, my EK 3 which I am having for last 4.5 yrs does avg city abt 9.5 to 10 per ltr and ot of town about 12 to 13 per ltr.

I agree with the given figures. Mine also 97 manual and I found around 9.5 to 11 in city and 12 to 13.5 in long run. But all these figures highly depends on the driving style as well. Once my trip to Nuwara Eliya I found it has done 12.5 Km/l and most of the outstations running I have found 13.4 Km/l . I most of the time try to keep the engine RPM below 2500. But most of the time I have long parking hours with AC on due to my small kid.

Well guy I am not that automobile guru. But when I open the engine to see model number details it says my one is EK-3 Mi ( you have MI, ML VI etc ) But I dont know how to see if it is VTEC. Sorry bro
