Happens to virtually all 'Uniroad' traffic lights whenever it rains... what beats me is that after all these years they still cannot fix the problem...

If anyone happen to go past the Malabe junction last night, you would have witnessed a similar set of traffic lights. The amber was continuously on while the red and green seem to be operating fine.
