It is indeed a fail. That sticker should be on a very small car with a very big carbureted engine with 8 cylinders in a V configuration.

A few months ago, when I was coming back home in my office transport, the van was copped for having "WP" in front of the "250 - XXXX" plate. I think the driver was asked to produce the vehicle with plates designed according to the regulations. But this...?
