It used to run on an Atom processor dude, I doubt any desktop you have will be that bad. I have the full setup and manual on pdf. Not sure about the availability. I downloaded it from somewhere.

it's called C&C tiberium alliances it's a online game afaik and there a going to be a C&C generals 2 in 2013.

DOTA 2 is a game by itself, but still like war3 original DOTA mod though. Played for 5 years on and off and still play it occasionally when I have some extra free time. Need to wait another month for Diablo 3.
