Buying a unregistered reconditioned Japanese car

2. May I know the car sellers who are having original JAAI certificate.

The actual system in their host country (i.e. in Japan or the UK) or trustworthy. However, you cannot trust the documentation the local car sales people show you. So...if you directly purchase a car at the auction or a dealership and get the certification done and see the certificate and documentation directly from these sources..then yes...you can trust it.

But if you go to a car sale over here (or see a car the car sale over here has in Japan) you cannot trust it. These guys forge the documents and show you fake ones. So you will need to go get it verified. There are service providers who will check it for you for a fee.

Search "Japanese used car" on Google and all the 1st page result are trustworthy having JAAI certificate. There are also some new reliable B2B sellers e.g. ***** who sell cars to dealers all around the world.
