Depends....

Pandas are not the most well built..but certainly not the worst out there....there are other micro cars that can take that title. You get a lot for the price you pay but whether all that stuff will keep working for more than a few months without giving problems is a gamble.

If you are buying brand new..you can always go and complain to the manufacturer and try to get things sorted out (not that they will and can do much about it anyway). If you are buying used...well...you really should look in to other options....
