Mazda Flair hybrid 2015

Recommended Posts

It's the same (wagonR), just a different badge. Like the:

Suzuki Hustler/Mazda Flair

Suzuki Every/Mazda Scrum

Daihatsu Move/Subaru Stella

Daihatsu Cast/ Toyota Pixis Joy

Also remembered seeing a japan Alto with a Mazda badge.

But when it comes to reselling, people who aren't sure if they are the same model might create a minor fuss (ane..mazda 2nd market ne bn) so you have to explain them that. But this is a rare occurence so don't worry.

Thank you. Have you come across any faults in this model, e.g. Gear box issues or any other. Kindly advise?

Honestly, it's one of the most reliable people carriers, or else they wouldn't be so common.

We had 3 different ones and none gave even a minor issue. A friend of mine has crossed 30k km on his stingray (bought brand new) and he had his first minor problem, which is that the strip lights near the speedometer (that change from green to blue depending on battery or petrol power) has stopped changing & I think he has got that sorted out. Other than that tiny issue, everything is solid.

Maintain the vehicle well, learn about how to use an automatic vehicle properly & when buying a wagonR, look at the service records & inspect carefully for signs of accidents. These cars were mostly used as city cars/driven by all sorts of people (women, kids, learners, toddlers, old people, rent companies, hires, first time car owners, etc..)

Also, a 2015 wagonR would have anywhere from 45k and above km. Inspect the car thoroughly and see if the condition matches the mileage. Overall, just buy from a private, family-owned, 1st owner party. If it's a 2015 stingray, expect to pay no more than 2.4 million depending on (mileage & condition)

Follow the wagonR facebook page too as they are very helpful if you want to know anything.

Good luck!

This i agree with ...a while back I was on a late night uber where the driver who was apparently driving his elder brothers Wagon R (Stringray old model that came out in 2014-15) had noticed  a slight drop in engine oil and topped up with transmission fluid earlier that day- this was revealed when he got a call from his brother which he put on loud speaker ...the word 'buuruwa' was mentioned a few times by the elder sibling in the ensuing conversation and awkward silence was present in the remainder of the journey ?
