The Vitz is a JDM (Japan Domestic Model). It was never intended to be used in English speaking countries. I don't think an English version exists. Your best bet is to download the Japanese copy and use google translate on it.

You can use Google translate app on your phone to just translate the japanese manual. Other than that your only option is to use the manual for the Yaris (Yaris is the export name of the Vitz). Granted the Yaris might have different fuel specification recomendations and accessories different to the the Yaris
