Very Welcome to the AL Forum ?

Suppose you are not joking..?

Nice imagination, but there are lot of barriers to your plan. Technically you can't change the engine, color and body unless you are planning to go through the entire fitness, safety and re registration process of the vehicle. People do these kind of things within certain limits but again questioned by the law (police)

In terms of safety it is highly discourage to change of vehicle height (ground clearance) . People use to put higher wheel sizes but that is even not recommended.  Increasing the height means, increasing the center of gravity. If the vehicle is not originally designed for induced side forces (transverse direction) during the cornering, you will be ended up in the mortuary.

Changing the engine sizes are also not recommended. It has lot of demerits..increasing vibration, unbalanced pulling power, etc.

So..

If you are a real enthusiast of crossover/ suv/ 4x4 , try to find a one within your budget. Even a used one with good running condition will full fill your dreams rather getting into additional problems.  ke72 is a very good wagon. But only a very few models without a dozen of body and engine repairs can be found. if you can make it, this is a very reliable car.

This has all the regulations ;

thanks for your kind and explanatory description which is highly appreciated.

1) so that, what if i only lift up the ke72. Because it gives a nice look as the picture attached.

2) are there many problems related with toyota ke 72 for ride with minimum Maintanance.what about availability of spare parts like engines gear boxes etc.?

3) other than ke72, what are the car models under 10 laks with minimum Maintanance after having modified all necessary equipments.? Because i need to make a car which can bring most of the places without any hesitation and thinking about car being scartching or even accidented provided that i have done a course in motor mechanics.

Well..beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Personally I so not find that lifted KE72 nice...just looks out of place. There is one with slightly oversized wheels that look much nicer (but no lift)

That lift, for the most part is done using blocks on the leaf springs. For me it just ruins the car's ride-ability because when there is no weight in the back the rear just bounces all over the place. Also with a height adjustment using blocks; a engine upgrade might not be that wise as the rear might just spin out unnecessarily.

What kind of a power upgrade are you looking for....putting in something like a 4A-GE would be the easiest and for that car it is more than enough. If you are looking for more torque then...there are some boosted options. Either way they are costly.

If you want a hassle free car that will get you anywhere you want without concern of getting stuck....as others have said...go buy a Hilux or something. The modifications you plan to make on the Ke72...well if not done properly (which costs) its just going ot make the car unusable and would defeat the intended purpose of the mods.
