cant change the gear in Aqua

Did you try to unlock it by manually? If it possible and then you can run the car, the problem could be on lock releasing. Please check it.

Maybe a problem with the shift lock system. you can try by pressing the shift lock override button. The shift lever can be shifted while the button is pressed.

Yet you will have to get it checked by a service agent.
