RS is the Sports "GRADE" of the Swift. Note that is is the Sports "grade" and not the Sports "SPEC" version. So as a grade it just comes with some sporty features and sporty (looking) accessories.  The Sports SPEC Swift comes with a larger engine, bigger brakes, more power, if I am not mistaken the suspension is a bit firmer as well.

The RS is the gasoline powered RS grade and the Hybrid RS is the (mild) Hybrid powered RS grade.
