I have suzuki swift 2004 jeep model. Its  sheet belt indicater light not working(not on at all). Is there any fuse or relay to check. ??

all wires under the sheet is ok.

First check whether your bulb is in working order. I'm not quite sure whether you have a separate or joint fuse for this light to be lit, however if yours does, then you should be able to locate it inside your vehicle fusebox (should be located under steering wheel).

Have the indicator switch inside the seatbelt plug checked also

Most of the early 2000s Japan imports had wires cut and grounded to omit  the light and alarm.
