Hi @AVANTE I saw you comprehensive answer on Peugeot 406. So I submit a question and if you could, could you have a look on my post(· 0 replies
) I would like to have your opinion on that. So my obvious choice was Peugeot 406 D9 diesel one. but what i heard was, probability of some one selling it due to considerable issues, and it has hard time of reselling and repairing and spare pats finding and cost may considerably high. Seeking advice on this.
Thank you

Chinese are going to take over the automobile industry for sure. Tesla who was considered ground braking is shying away from the promised small EV and moving to Taxi cars as the competition is too strong. Then comes Chery with this small EV SUV. Looks like a Mini G Class / Jimny but is fully electric.· 4 replies

Interior Specialists? Every time I go over some bumps my seats squeak quite loudly and there is a massive rattle of a nail undone coming from inside the dashboard, anybody got any suggestions I could go to? My usual mechanic just said "turn the radio up"· 2 replies

I was watching a Yangwang U8 struggling to make it up a muddy hill on Youtube. I was wondering why cant an EV be more capable off road than an ICE vehicle. Given the fact that this behemoth has 4 individual motor on each wheel it should be able to direct power to the wheel that has more grip and stop power to the slipping wheel. Cant be rocket science right?· 3 replies

Hi Guys,
Need your suggestions and help.
Recently my Toyota 141 AC started giving me trouble (83,000 KM)
* AC wont get cold (Sometimes it does after driving for awhile)
I took the vehicle to AC mechanic and I was informed that the AC Compressor needs to be changed and mechanic informed this is usual with 141 model.
He also suggested rather than fixing the same AC compressor which comes with 141 (Valve) recommended to fix a one with no valve which is a permanent solution.
He quoted 38K to replace the compressor and Labor charge 9K (With full service)
The compressor will be a re-conditioned one which he will give me 1 year warranty.
To fix a same as 141 which comes with the valve he quoted 20K but he warned the same issue might occur.
What I want to know is,
Is this a normal fault with Toyota 141 ?
Is it worth it to pay 38K to change the AC compressor to a better one or stick to the one which originally comes with 141 ?
Your thoughts on pricing and other recommendations.
