But then again it'd be a stellar deal at that price. As the site has a 3 day return policy, perhaps its worth while to just buy it and get it looked over by a service outlet within the return period to see if its legit etc? Update us on your findings if you do end up doing that, I'm genuinely curious as to why it would sell at such a steep discount over its current market price

it is an AAA Replica itseems with 6 month warranty... so what do yal think... will the AAA replica be okay?

Is there even such a thing? Besides, that's not how its listed on the site, now is it? Its listed as if its the real thing. I don't find the words 'replica' being used anywhere, however the listing does say 'Sony' multiple times, and includes a picture of the Sony product which is misrepresentation and a bloody dishonest way to go about things if you ask me! Either way, I wouldn't touch it.

Ok so I will have to finalize the camcorders during this weekend.. so I came down to 3 camcorders advertised in the quick site...could you guys lets me know the 1st best and the 2nd best camcorder out of these 3? :) My main requirement is to shoot live performances and interview videos under low light, and should have a better sound and good battery... :)

There's no need to get a DSLR to for video (I own a Canon 60D and use MagicLantern for video). Get a good quality point and shoot like a Sony RX 100IV, or for something more affordable a Canon SX280 (or even a SX260 which I also own and takes great Full HD video).

my budjet is below 18k :( therefore given the specs of the following 3, what would be the best?

I think it boils down to a choice between the two JVC's as they are both better in low light than the Toshiba (going by the specs, I don't own any of these models).

Which of the two JVC's is cheaper? Is it the MS150? That seems to be the more basic one and that's the one I'd get as covers the basic needs stated (shooting in low light, basic optical zoom, regular auto focus ability etc) just as well as the jvc-hd-everio-gz-e205. While the GZ-250 offers wifi monitoring etc, I know I'd never use that feature on a day-to-day basis, so if I was in your shoes and assuming the GZ-250 is priced a bit higher, I'd get the JVC Everio GZ-MS150 based on:

1. Better low light capability over the Toshiba

2. Best value for money over the other, JVC camcorder (assuming the GZ-250 is priced higher).
