ABS, Handbreak and check engine bulbs give alarms

Hi all,

I have a toyota premio 260 and today suddnely,  ABS, Handbreak and Check engine bulbs began to blink. Whenever I start the car the 3 alarm bulbs are iluminated. Any comments? I hardly used tge vehicle these days. Also today morning I handedover the car to repaint the front bumper.

Does it idle properly? Just check whether your battery terminals are tightened properly. Bcz recently i had sort of similar issue due to above mentioned reason.. If it doesn't work out, better to get your car scanned ..
