Plumbing Leak Sealer

Dear All,

Recently I detected a small water leak in one of the drain pipes from the upper floor in my house. It is of very small scale , but it is leaking anyway. I could not exactly figure out from where.

My question is, is there any solution that I can use to fix this without cutting and taking out the pipes and breaking the walls? I think of something like "radiator stop leak". Is anyone familiar with such solution?

Thanks.

If you source the leak, A knock-off version of Araldite would be a cheap fix, or even the real deal
