Interior Scratches Solution

Hello Mates,

Recently my brother bought a car (Toyota Premio) and it has few scratches on plastic panels,doors (bottom near the seats. Gray color Plastic panels, door handle etc..)

01. Does anyone know how to remove them or is it possible to touch up them using specific paint ?

02. Is there any place to fix them ?

PS - have searched on Autolanka, but I didn't found solution.
