Vehicle For Permit

Hi,

I saw and advertisment on news papaer last week.

"Transfer your permit to us a get a Hybrid verhicle"

Anyone having an idea baout this.Should we transfer permit for them and get a vehicle from car sale for wihtout paying a dim or what?

Also I wold like to know if I have a permit how do I obtain a vehicle (procedure)

Can we buy a recondition one or should it be a brand new

Yes yes.... its called hybrid for permit promotion. Give your permit and get hybrid. I heard it will stop soon due to sheer demand so go and get yourself hybridized soon.

I phoned them and they told me this

"We are not buying permits but what you can do is sell your permit and go for a Hybrid vehicle"

isnt this funny? becuase they advertised something else.But guys can we actualy tranfer a permit and get a car from sale.
