It was parked next to mine (not too close). Looked at the tires to see the brand since they were low profiles and noticed that.

Could be possible that the sidewall on the other side is damaged or wornout due to misalignment. Our typical makabass solution for that, is to flip the tyre over.

I've heard that would damage the tire, if it has rotation direction.
