Berlin car tuning company Avus Performance has unveiled a line of car styling and performance parts for the all new Nissan GT-R. Beginning with the base model Nissan GT-R, Avus transformed it into their “Black Edition” by wrapping the car in matte black body vinyl adhesive foil. The foil is priced at 2,499 euro and isn’t a bad consideration for any vehicle since it adds an extra layer of protection. The stealth look was accomplished by painting the 20 inch wheels black which are priced at 999 euro, and wheel spacers are available for an extra 349 euro. A coilover suspension was also installed to lower the vehicle, and Avus Performance offers the set up for 1,299 euro. The exterior may look a little plain on the Nissan GT-R, but the engine definitely received some fine tuning.

Starting off, Avus modified the ECU for 1,899 euros, installed a high performance exhaust system underneath for 998 euro, and optimized the air flow by removing both of the catalytic converters of the exhaust. The silencer was also removed, so this baby is loud. Performance numbers for the modified Nissan GT-R Black Edition show 580 bhp and 700 Nm of torque. These are impressive numbers for the modest tuning Avus performed, since the factory numbers for the Nissan are 485 bhp and 588 Nm of torque.

yes it came on order. The gtr comes in 3 versions. Premium, Black edition and basic.

The black edition comes with red and black interior. Power wise they are all the same

I assume this is because most of that 25million is paid out as import duty :)?

amen gayan. both r nuts to get a GTR at 200k prices here

So, what you are saying is there are 3 nut cases.... ? including the guy starting off this trend.

Just look around and see how many land crusiers, range rovers out there well in the Rs 25 Mn range, so why not a one of a kind GTR ? In that case a lot of people should be nuts according to your definition.

the eternal rule is, zambo, that people with money have no taste and those with taste have no money. rarely, when these two forces combine, good things happen. at least be happy for that. 25 mil would have got this dude the latest prado, or a merc or who knows, even a hiace with 22" and 22carat gold rims!

25 Mil is best spent on a GTR - I for one, will not hesitate!! :sport-smiley-004:

(but if you really look hard and willing to put up with a slightly used car - you could probably knock off a couple of mill's)
