Correct! I thought cutting off the second headlight will troll some people into believing the car in the picture doesn't have quad headlights.  Clearly I was wrong.

Damn! That seems to be in rough shape.   Too bad parts are getting harder to find for these cars to a point where owners have to resort to use whatever they can find to make it work on the car. That tailgate lock/button looks very familiar too.

Correct! Wasn't aware it belongs to an AutoLankan. It's a stunning car. Love the stance and the Watanabes. The side stripe does have an SR-5 sticker on it as well! 

I saw somewhere that it's one of two cars in the country.

It hurts to look at this car - quite rare the first gen Civics in SL.

I don't know about a E50 series restoration - there was an E70 lift back though :
