These pics were taken at the very moment when the car was unloaded off the container. It takes around a month or two to get the imported/new cars registered. And driving smuggled cars around in big cities is not easy. One easily gets caught. Smuggled cars can be seen in cities like Quetta/Peshawar but again there are like only 1 out of 10 such cars. All these smuggled cars come from Afghanistan and Iran.

Even if it was not for free, Pakistan still provided SLA with state-of-the-art weaponry unlike India.
