Hi all, Hope you all are doing good. This is regarding the process of converting a car to English numbers. As per the instructions give by RMV I collected two forms 1. CMT 130 - Application for the certificate of weight 2. CMT 72 - Change of licensing authority/change of other particulars I was instructed to go to Werahera weighing center and weigh the vehicle first with CMT 130 and then produce the weight certificate and CMT 72 to RMV. Can anybody help me with more details with the process such as * Is that all or am I missing some steps/documents? * Where is the weighing center in Werahera? * Whats is the best time to go there/Is it crowded/opening times? * Can I pay there to obtain the receipt to produce with CMT 130? * Which counter should I approach in RMV? * How long will it take for getting the plates? * Where should I collect the plates?
