Hello, I am a holder of the Sri Lankan Passport and I am currently stationed away from Colombo and Anuradhapura where the Departments of Motor Traffic are located. I have the driving license of Saudi Arabia for all light vehicles and I would like to get the license of Sri Lanka as well. The thing is, my Passport doesn't have my N.I.C number in it. Will that cause problems when I apply for the license. And do I have to be present in person to get the license as I find it very hard to be in Colombo during the working days. And will I get the license for 2 wheelers as well? Thank You in Advance!
