If I am on my learners permit still but can drive well and I decide to remove my L boards and drive, what is the fine price for doing that?

Dear Friends I have a Peugeot 3008 (from Car Mart). Normally when we cold start a car its engine RPM will be little bit high (around 1,100RPM) for about one minute. My practice is, I keep the car idle until it becomes normal idle speed(750~800RPM), without driving. Is this practice good or bad or useless? Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I'm 17 years old and I thought of getting driving license. According to this http://www.motortraffic.gov.lk/web/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=83&Itemid=140〈=en page they said that If I am 17 years old I can face for the written test and obtain the learners' permit up to 18 months. Is this practical? I mean can I follow this procedure? And from learners permit and L-board can I drive here and there by our Townace van? I am asking this because I am not sure Sri Lankan government websites. They are not up to date.

Hello friends. I'm plan to buy a car price range around 2-2-5M. Therefore I'm interested in Zotye Nomad 2 and Chev Beat. I need to choose a good one that gives better driving pleasure, good fuel consumption and that has a good resale value. Please help to choose what is better?? Chev beat or Zoyte Nomad 2 Thanks.
