Hi everybody , I am new to this forum. I have a Honda Vezel. I got a vehicle diagnostic report done. I have 2 questions . 1. It shows "HV Battery Usable Capacity as 47. ( What is the maximum capacity ?) 2." B0020-13 Open or Increased Resistance In The Left Side Airbag. Current / SRS Inflator". Does this mean the Airbag on the left side unserviceable? As per the service center it is functioning properly . But I wish to clear my doubt. (Scanner - Launch X.431) Thanks in advance.

Hi I am considering buying a second-hand Aqua 2012/ Yaris 2007 / Corolla 141 OR Honda fit GP1 as my second car.I 'd appreciate if any expert could tell me pros and cons of each and what would be the best and any alternatives to the above 4.(budget is around LKR 3 mln). I intend to use the vehicle mostly in the weekend.During the weekdays it will normally be in the garage.Occasionally I intend to use it for long trips. I am also concerned about the failures of hybrid batteries,the maintenance costs and the fuel efficiency. thanks!

Hi Folks, I'm hoping to go for a Honda fit Gp5 (below 70k mileage) as my first car. I have a few questions in mind, - Is it a good idea to go for a fit at the mileage as the first car ? - What should i look out for in terms of possible big issues(mechincal, electronic etc)? - Any general advice around the honda fit hybrid engines ? like do they give issues at that mileage or when they pass 100k etc. and suggestions and any other general advice :) Thanks in advance :)

I have Honda GP5 (75000km) and all service done by Sterling. They have used Havoline 0-20w fully synthetic oil changed by 5000km. From this forum i have learned fully synthetic oil can run 10,000km and asked them about why they recommend 5000km for fully synthetic oil. Their answer was if i use Mobil ( which cost double compared Havoline ) i can run 10,000km but for Havoline it's 5000km. Is there any truth to this ? Also i would like to know what's agent recommended oil and oil change interval ( i never gone to agent ) . Also since daily running on heavy traffic route ( 45min to go 12km normally ) i'm fear waiting for 10,000km. Is my fear baseless ? ( i'm asking this since i hope to keep car around 200,000km and want to do best maintenance today so i can save bit money in future )

Guys, I am hearing some kind of abrasion/ friction sound (යමක් ඇතිල්ලෙනවා වගේ සද්දයක් )when cruising. I cant hear it when accelerating because of the engine noise. But when I take the foot off the paddle, I can hear it masked by the road noise from tires. It has a rhythm where the tempo increases with the vehicle speed. Also it is audible only on comparatively higher speeds only. Since we cannot upload audio files here, I am sharing a Google drive folder which contains 3 recordings from my mobile. Please note that it is very subtle and not clearly audible due to background noise. But if you listen carefully you can hear it to the end of all 3 videos. Car - Civic 2018 Mileage - 18000 km A full service was done recently. Also I had to change the left rear tire due to a tire puncture in March where I did the last wheel alignment. Unfortunately I cannot think of the origin of this sound. Probably started hearing it this year after the tire change, but am not sure. I did not care about it before, but now I am getting a bit paranoid as I have mild OCD. I am not a motorhead (yet), so your feedback regarding the matter is highly appreciated. Thank you. ? Friends, Kindly suggest me a place to repair one of my Honda Civic FD1 - passenger side side mirror which is not folding. I can not hear any sound from the motor but the day before it stopped working, there was a rattling sound when folding.Driver side works just fine. Seems like what Stafford does is just replacing. Hi All, I'm presently going to buy a honda vezel RS 2016 but I am worried as I heard lot of bad comments on vezel. So i have some questions and hope I can get answers from experts 1)Are there any issues also on vezel 2016 models? (as i know recalls and issues are on 2014-2015 models ) 2)Do I need to test my vezel on Sta*ford before buying even its zero mileage ? 3)Do I have another better options for this prize range? Guys need a small help.. I'm no car expert and I'm trying to buy my very first car so bit cautious that's why posting here. Chosed gp 1 since i felt in love with the look of the car. I'm planning to buy a honda fit gp1 2012 10th anniversary model hybrid car. After negotiations price could be vary between 27.5-28 laks. So after much consideration I brought a guy to inspect the vehicle guy was from Greasemomkey (it was easy as they had a mobile inspection service). Few things I want to get clarified from experts and honda gp1 owners here. At first When the vehicle was breaked in the traffic IMA indicator did not show power transition to hybrid battery. It was still showing fuel engine symbol. but then drive went on further and it started to shift to battery on when stopped in traffic. It was shown in the IMA screen near speed meeter. Inspection guy said this die to car hasn't been driven regularly so the battery isn't charged. So if I do atleast 80-100km drive this won't be a problem. As per the owner of the he drives only once a week. When I asked the inspection guy about the battery percentage he said it was more than 65%. He also said after the test drive it increased. I'm curious on this could this really happen? Also on the scanner it showed faulty for ABS. He said it's not something big only scanner could identify it hence not to worry now I will be able to do more than 5000 kms. If it's something big error will appear in the dashboard. Also there another error it showed for Honda BCM. He said that's also because of ABS issue. He said battery is in good health condition and if I drive few miles consistently percentage will go up. Is that possible? I'm attaching the scan results here. I would be really thankful if anyof you can give me yours opinion whether it's a worthy buy. Hey fellow fuel heads, So I drive a Honda CIvic ES1 auto transmission. The car is in really good condition because every 5k kms the car has been put to service at Stafford like a prayer. So today after collecting my vehicle from Stafford post service, these were the remarks. 1. Can someone please tell me if these are major repairs and give me an estimate of how much this will cost? 2. There's this issue in my vehicle where when I completely hault at a signal light and then accelerate, there's a slight stutter at the initial acceleration. Do you guys think that could be the spark plugs needing replacement? Your great input will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I use a Honda civic gen 10 2018 and today after running around 27500 kms the service due icon appeared. When checked in the maintenance it lists 3 things with service due in 28 days. Please check the attached screenshot and below details. B: Chassis inspection 2. Dust and Pollen Filter 3. Transmission oil As i ve heard transmission oil should be changed in 40000kms. Can someone please advice if i need to change Transmission oil as well.

Why does Honda specific forum has more inputs than other makes? Sri Lanka is a country where even a jack fruit can be sold for a million if it has a Toyota badge.
