EVen on flat road it occurs

Hi, My vehicle is 2007 1000cc Toyota Vitz. Now the mileage is around 125000 and I am doing the services every 5000 kms without fail. My question is that my car pulls back a whenever I release the accelerator. Mostly this happens in around 40kmh speeds but it happens in slower traffic too. I scanned the vehicle but no issue came up. Recently I replaced fuel pump motor because the car stopped suddenly on the road because of a fuel pump failure and I am worried that this issue is also related to fuel pump. Please give me your thoughts on this. Thanks!!
