I own a Honda civic eg8 and when the car heats up,both the cooling fan and radiator fan starts working,and when the a/c is on both fans are yet again working. Is it supposed to do that or is only the radiator fan supposed to work when the car heats up while the AC is switched off.

I own an Eg8 and there is a burning smell coming from the engine when going at high revs is there any idea why it happens.
