  1. HI. Hope you all are doing good. Looking forward to have your opinions on below concern. I am using a Toyota Premio 2018 which was imported as a 0 Mileage under the Ster**ng Warrenty.. Currently it has done almost 50,000 KM. I have been maintaining the car with Ster**lng and all services are done on time. Even though we cant assure the local fuel quality, I have been pumping octane 95. Last time when I serviced the vehicle, Ster**ng People require to do a engine tune up & to change spark plugs if required, before 50,000 KM. What my concern is, do I really require to carry out such engine tune up just before 50,000 KM. AFAIK original (Iridium) plugs can run up to 100,000 KM. As my next service is due, seek your advice on this
  2. Hi Thanks all for the support. Further do you know any place that I could get it repaired in colombo??
  3. Hi, I am sorry. It is some sort of scratches in all wheels. What happened was I put my car for a wheel alignment. as they fitted some metal devices clamped to the wheel. So edges of wheels are scratched. So I would like to know whether those scratches could be repaired or not.
  4. Hi. Is there anyone who have repaired alloy wheels. I have a Toyota Premio with original Alloy wheels. Recently I have done a wheel alignment and noticed that all four Alloy wheels are cracked bit. I just want to know if it is repaired, would it look like original still.
  5. @Cee Jay It was done in 2012. Cost would be doubled by now. For me it was around Rs 8,000/- (Including labour).
  6. Hi. I had the same issue with my FB 14. This one is common for Nissan I guess. It was due to a fault in Injectors. I got it repaired from Ravi in Kelaniya as @PerfMad mentioned. He just replaced injectors and I used the vehicle without any issue until it was sold in 2014. My only opinion is if your planning to visit Ravi, make sure to be there at least by 7 am and be prepared to spend the entire day?. He will find all spare parts by his own. So no hassles in that. He is a nice guy.
  7. Hi. Thanks for your informations. Do you have any idea on how it works. Does the exporter need to do the test and send it to the bank
  8. HI. As I am planning to import a car, Recently I was told by few of my friends, that a new emission test should be carried out under JAAI and same should be sent to the bank in order to open the LC. Do you guys have any idea on this new rule......
  9. Hi. I just want to know is it possible for me to import a Premio which is manufactured in 2016 under the medical officers permit. Is there any special time period applied to permits. Thanks......
  10. Hi. Thanks for your advices. The issue was with the Ignition Coil & same was replaced. Now engine runs smoothly......
  11. Hi. I do have a Toyota Premio 240 (Auto Gear). Yesterday I observed when the Gear is in D & the brakes are applied, engine got vibrated abnormally & still the issue continues. However I feel that the RPM goes down compared to earlier. The same thing happens when the gear is in R status. My Auto gear oil is due to change also. Just want to know that any of u guys had experienced such issue
