Thanks Crosswind, i tried your suggestion twice. Both time police refused to convert it to a fine. No other options, i have to go to court. Wonder what the procedure is.

Dear Friends Today i was caught by the traffic police for driving the vehicle with an expired revenue license. They asked me to appear in court. As this is the first time i am going to court for a traffic violation, i have no idea of what the process is. Do i need to hire a layer for traffic violation related court cases ?. What happens inside the court and how do i pay the penalty ?. Can someone help me to understand the procedure please . Thanks.
