    Hello fellow autolankans..thought of getting a prado diesel..need to get to know about the vehicle more..my choice is 2014 KDJ150 with the 1KD engine..please share your thoughts and experience ,whats the diesel mileage since i want to choose between the petrol and diesel..thank you in advance

    Fellow Autolankans tell me whether getting a hood wrap(not in the vehicles original color) is a offence under motor traffic law?

      Technically its illegal but practically in Sri lankan context are there instances where owners were charged for having Hood wraps? i personally think its one of those redundant offences like having tinted windows isnt it?

      If you like, you can take the risk and go around like many people do. The law is very clear. It's illegal. Whether a cop will decide to charge you or not, is not something I or anyone can predict.

      I have seen many vehicles with hood , bonnet and even whole body wraps. since this trend is new not sure police is paying any attention now.  But as Crosswind said, technically its an offence. 

      Never know out of blue moon police will start chasing the wraps, just like random checks on window tint.

      Kids who see these cars around today will start dreaming about them and buy it when they are grown up in 15 years.. Whatever said and done, there is always someone who wants to buy a certain car model they desire no matter what the consequences are...

    Guys is it possible to paint alloys?? if so can any one give me a place where i can get them painted with matte black..quality is a big concern

      @Hoonigan thanx for the insight mate...btw what they normally do is remove paint using emery papers right?..and guys still needing details of a place :)
