  1. Did you read the fine print? What does it say on depreciation?
  2. Compared to the CS series the EX is less comfortable - you really "feel" the road imperfections. Stiffer suspension perhaps?
  3. You sure VIC ones are as good as OEM? It looks like genuine one has better filter material tho
  4. Genuine Mitsubishi oil filter costs 2300/= at the agent, plus +580/= as the labor charge for installation Well I thought about using a VIC filter but then I'll lose my peace of mind even further, knowing there's a non-genuine part installed
  5. So I change my engine oil every 5000km/6 months. (conventional oil) Most of the time the car runs about 3000-3500km in 6 months time span. Oil filter is replaced every other oil change. Do you guys think I should change the oil filter every time I change the oil? Manufacturer recommended oil change interval is 15k km/12mo under normal conditions, 5k km /6mo under severe conditions. I always use the genuine oil filter - not VIC or Sakura ones.
  6. Another Mitsubishi in the forum! Welcome to the Mitsubishi family!
  7. Thanks for sharing ?
  8. Quoted again. @MADZ what happened to the dislike / vote down option?
  9. True but if the car is compatible you can compare the readings with the specs mentioned in the service manual - saves the money for a scan
  10. How much did the scan cost? AFAIK a cheap OBD II bluetooth scanner can detect all those data and one costs about $4 at eBay
  11. The dealer of this axio has seats of every car in his sale wrapped in plastic sheeting like this
  12. Well for starters you won't buy one for that budget. Last time I saw one on sale it was advertised for 10 mil.
  13. + in mint/showroom condition, used only 95 octane from the start, 100% accident free
  14. All that, but no service records
  15. If you can find the users manual for the tiida you can check if it calls for 95 oct petrol. BTW its 92 octane you've pumped not 90
  16. Just curious, how efficient is the ralliart ? AFAIK it requires RON 98 petrol, how much does it cost for a 1L of RON 98 gasoline in Au?
  17. The "limit" mentioned in the policy is the sum my car is insured: "The company may at its own option repair, reinstate or replace any motor car described in the schedule hereto or part thereof and/or it accessories or spare parts or may pay in cash the amount of the loss or damage and the liability of the company shall not exceed the actual value of parts damaged or lost plus the reasonable cost of fitting and in no case exceed the insured's estimate of the value of such motor car (including accessories and spare parts) as specified in the said schedule or the value of such motor car (including accessories and spare parts)at the time of the loss or damage whichever is the less. In the event of loss or damage to the motor car and/or its accessories necessitating the supply of a part not obtainable from stocks in Sri Lanka or in the event of the company exercising the option to pay in cash the amount of the loss or damage the liability of the company in respect of any such part shall be limited to a. i) the price quoted in the latest catalogue or price list issued by the manufacturer or the agents in Sri Lanka or: ii) if no such catalogue or price list exists the price list obtaining at the manufacturer's works plus the reasonable cost of transport otherwise than by air to Sri Lanka and the amount of relative import duty and b. the reasonable cost of fitting such part."
  18. There's no such thing mentioned on my CV*P insurance policy fine print so guess all insurance companies doesn't deduct compensation based on car's age.
