@sathyajithj99...Mitsubishi Corp does not directly handle sales and after sales service of things like elevators and HVAC systems,etc...They usually do that through their dealership network. At least that is the model they use in pretty much every other country. So as long as the dealership network is there servicing etc..should not be impacted. However, since there wont be direct oversight of these dealers...the dealers might completely screw things up (as our guys are not always the most professional or ethical).
What would really be impacted would be the construction sector. As that usually has a more direct involvement.

Saw an unusual Mitsubishi suv on the Katunayake expressway today. H_ number, size was similar to a pajero. Name started with T. Rest was not clear. Also had 4WD, V6 badges on rear . Anyone know the name?

Ha ha, it was just a guess. @Hyaenidae just coincidence may be. I actually looked up for these korean SUVs these days. Since they are cheap, and saw some good reviews too.

There was a 2020 C-HR with a manual gearbox (not a GS ) at $terling aftercare brought for conversion to automatic. What a waste

Well...a conversion can be done with no issues. My guess is that in SL they just do a cheap job and focus only on swapping the transmission and getting the car moving and does not bother look in to anything else....I am sure even the labor that goes in to it is minimal with barely any effort and a lot of tugging and pulling that breaks other parts happen almost every time.

Regarding the Yaris, my friend is the second owner. He didn't know it was a converted gearbox when he bought the car. The car was ordered through a permit by Toyota Lanka. When he went to them for repairs he was informed by them that the car was a manual when they ordered it after checking their information.

Is it ok to use the air inflator in the tyre repairing kit to inflate the tyres? I have done it a few times. No issue though

Is the Idling stop system bad for engine mounts?

I think the jury is still not out on that yet....
For starters new engines which are lighter and low friction are "theoretically" not supposed to have that heavy crank vibration/gust when it stops and starts like the older engines. Also, I am sure the manufacturers would have accounted for the excess crank vibration that the mounts will have to under go when they designed the mounts. So far these cars seem to be handling okay...and the older ones are not as refined as the newer engines as well. However, the start-stop on standard cars seem to be a lot more smoother and vibration free than the start stops on those little kei cars.
Using the same logic wouldn't one think that Hybrid engines would have the same problem with the engine cutting on and off all the time ? And so far those seem to be holding up quite well too.

JDM Toyotas (axio, allion, premio ) are the most comfortable cars on earth until you reach a corner, then they become the most uncomfortable ones.

Earlier the "Official Vehicle partner " for Travel with Chathura was Ford (Future Automobiles I guess). So vehicles like focus, fiesta and eco sport were used in the programme. Then the sponsorship was taken by" Sterling aftercare" and they used a Toyota FJ Cruiser with Sterling stickers on it. Yesterday when I was watching the programme I saw a Ford eco sport with Sterling stickers was being used. What does Ford have to do with Sterling aftercare?
