Prabodha Amarapema

Recently i have brought Toyota town-ace KR42(converted).The problem is that seat belt indicator does not work always. Then i looked at the under the driver seat i could able to see disconnected wire from the driver seat(wire has cut ). Is that the cause for this issue ? If so where should i connect this disconnected wire ? i couldn't find any place to connect it by looking at floor area
