  1. and some jealous b!t*hes come to the defence of shameless low-bred buttf**kers who had given them a great buttfu**king experience of their whole lifetimes because otherwise their butts will not stop itching.
  2. Aha komi, the one who makes productive contributions always. http://forum.autolanka.com/topic/15625-vehicle-duty-increased-in-2014-budget/page-4?hl=%2Baqua+%2Bplaning#entry260541 as you said below Watch OUT! I am going to Report you for this.and you will be warned and banned by our unbiased, impartial moderators from Sudda land like in the Suddas days!
  3. Watchdog started it by dragging my beloved parents(one of them deceased) to it,saying I would disown them. I said specifically no offence to his wife in my comment. This watchdog made no such remarks and was downright insulting to my parents. So far I see no warning points on Watchdogs profile. making excuses like this for not taking action against your friendly members is no characteristic of a good, unbiased moderator. You will understand my comment about expat workers,if you google what is the largest contributor to our SL GDP. and if you have studied a bit of Economics, you would understand why the SL Banking and financial system has not collapsed so far despite massive debt, wastage and Corruption. And I would not mind a bit when I get banned for speaking the truth against such bullies like Watchdog and Crossdog(who also posted "scU*bag" just before). And I also wish you a loooong stay in your Colonial homeland.
  4. Aha,The Rat is out of the bag again Trollin OT all over the forum. Sri Lankan economy has fallen to its sorry China dependent state because of uneducated d!ckheads like this moron who has no constructive criticism to give to it whatsoever. They just live on with foreign remittances from hardworking expat Sri lankans which save the financial system from collapsing and brag about patriotism! Now I am waiting for SNLM to ban me again for obscene language while not noticing the more obscene words used buy this [censored] watchman [censored]. P.S:I wonder [censored by moderator] with this non-open mentality closed to any self-criticism.

dieser Parkplatz hat ihn 90 000Euro gekostet, sehr teure! und Traurig für diejenigen in der Warteliste, noch nicht fähig, ihren neuen M4's zu bekommen.

  7. 1.DON's statement may have been correct a decade ago.But EU makers are have also implemented the japanese quality control principles(heinjunka, lean, mizen bousi...) and the quality has significanly improved in the past decade or so.And looking at the largest recalls recently(8million cars for Toyota aceeleration issue,2million Prius ZVW30 and the list goes on),the concept of Japanese quality has been challenged. VVT,VTEC they may have not been invented by Japanese, but developed as reliable technology by them.As someone working in the industry,I wonder if too much regulation and processes has killed the innovation in japanese engineering. As for the Fiesta,I think it is way ahead of the Priuss.since it provides similar fuel efficiency figures without any additional motors and battery. p.s: I will stop short of calling you Silly since I am just a member and have no administration privileges like you.
  8. http://www.ukipme.com/engineoftheyear/index.php International Engine of the Year - Ford 999cc three-cylinder turbo Green Engine - Tesla full-electric powertrain New Engine - Mercedes-AMG 2.0-liter turbo Performance Engine - Ferrari 4.5-liter eight-cylinder Sub 1.0-liter - Ford 999cc three-cylinder turbo 1.0-liter to 1.4-liter - Volkswagen Group 1.4-liter four-cylinder TSI Twincharger 1.4-liter to 1.8-liter - BMW-PSA Peugeot Citroën 1.6-liter four-cylinder turbo petrol 1.8-liter to 2.0-liter - Mercedes-AMG 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo 2.0-liter to 2.5-liter - Audi 2.5-liter five-cylinder turbo 2.5-liter to 3-liter - BMW 3.0-liter twin-power turbo six-cylinder gasoline 3.0-liter to 4-liter - McLaren 3.8-liter eight-cylinder Above 4.0-liter - Ferrari 4.5-liter eight-cylinder sadly no Japanese Winners,only Mazda skyactive diesel managed to get nominated. Do Japanese automakers who make 1in 3 new car Engines in the world today, lag behind so much in innovative Engine technology? where is the golden era with Vtec,VVT going?
  9. Agree with you,Atkinson is a different segment.comparing with a traditional Otto engine is like comparing apples and oranges. Ford Eco-boost atkinson engines provide 23kmpl without a Hybrid sytem like prius,Downsizing,Tubocharging with Direct Injection and idle stop significantly reduce fuel consumption without all the hybrid gimmick components. The international best Engines list this year does not even feature any Hybrids(or J-makers.) http://www.autoblog.com/2014/06/26/ford-1-liter-international-engine-year-threepeat/ so IMO the Prius is under "performing" the Ford/Euro engines given that it has a motor and a huge battery filled with hazardous Ni and heavy metals. Seriously, what is the hype in AL these days with Hybrid and Prius "performance",some shady car sale owner could not sell enough and risks losing everything to the bank? If I go so broke that I cant pump petrol to my car and expect more than 600kms out of a full-tank,i will still make sure the Priass I buy will be fixed for the Recall. http://forum.autolanka.com/topic/15973-toyota-prius-honda-fit-vezel-recall-information/
  10. looks like fuell-cell vehicles will also hit SL roads replacing the conventional hybrids not so late.. http://www.japantoday.com/category/business/view/japan-bets-big-on-making-fuel-cell-cars-a-reality
  11. I think the below comments are contradictory Some Acceleration and Having a little fun is not allowed by your family commitments, but Tailgating at 120kmph covering from police radar is safe? Do you know in what shape your Prius would be if it rear-ended a Discovery 4 at these speeds, due to not keeping enough braking distance? And FYI,post-Year 2000 Euro diesels provide much better acceleration and similar fuel efficiency(17km/l,but diesel is cheaper) than Hybrids at the same time.
  12. takes 10.4 secs for going from 0~100kmph,and 30 secs for 0~100MPH? that is slooooooooowwww...even a minivan will go faster.one of the main aspects of "Fun-to-drive" is accelaration, which this mama-car Prius does not have at all.and keeping the "power meter steady" will kill whatever excitement is left. for me driving a rented 2014 Prius was the same experience as riding a taxi. anyway if I go broke and still decide to buy one because I cant afford to pump petrol for my car and expect more than 600kms out of a full-tank ,I will make sure it is fixed by Toyota Lanka for the recall. http://forum.autolanka.com/topic/15973-toyota-prius-honda-fit-vezel-recall-information/?hl=prius
  13. thanks for the information that there are real TypeRs in SL..but Mr.Know-it-all-Dadoon has failed to answer my question about the price. I think a german workhorse would have survived this accident outside the expressway without failing at the welds and disintegrating. So if you are a real moderator, let us agree to disagree instead of following the path of SNLM. BM is for BMW,this car is an MB,Mercedes . yeah Seriously. and it has become obvious a while ago that you have no faith except in [edited by the moderator].
  14. I have driven a diesel,it was an awesome ride.I think petrol would be equally good, but fuel consumption should be a bit high. but I have read somewhere the interior of Volvos tend to depreciate faster, compared to the German counterparts.
  15. I think this was the son of a gem businessman visiting from US during college vacation. I agree, there are limits to what safety features can do.but even after a head on collision with a coconut tree at 195kmph,this MB did not disintegrate like the Civic here. just my 2 cents, from the pictures it seems the MB driver could have survived if he had seatbelts ON.loading the car with more and more airbags would not help, unless the car has a strong body. AFAIK,the recent Type-Rs are made for EU market and reimported to Japan. Any Idea what the cost would be in SL? I think it will not fit into any "permit",and taxes would be awfully high due to Engine power(over 300ps for 2015 model).
