Guys my wipers create a mist like layer every time they wipe. They are original Toyota wipers which I got from Japan about a year and half ago. The blades dont seem like they are worn out.

What on earth are original wiper blades from Japan ? Japan Toyota does not sell wiper blades..they have an OEM brand and they put a Toyota sticker on it...so most of the time you get better after market ones than what you get at the Toyota dealer.
Could be that the wipers got some kind of stuff on it ? Like an oily cleaner or something you might have wiped it with ? Also sometimes the wiper rubber has some protective fluid on it which needs sometime to wear off.
How clean is your windshield ? Some glass cleaners the service stations use leave a sucky residue.
Could be some kind of water repellent that you put on the windshield as well. When you spray water on the windshield does the water bead like a waxed car body ?

@iRage bought it from Toyota dealer.
I added some windscreen washer fluid and gave the wipers a good clean up. I think the issue is sorted now. Havent yet had an opportunity to drive it in heavy rain.
