 @Dee Jay's explanation is quite correct for this case in my opinion also. 

Lower the "block voltage difference" (difference between lowest and highest)  is better but which has no particular threshold as I know. And the difference (difference between lowest and highest) also varying when car starts running (based on the power out from the battery). Sometimes both new and old batteries are giving same values at idle but differ while it runs.

Yes, I think getting the voltages alone won't be sufficient to get an exact idea on the performance and capacity of the battery cells.

Used one....somewhat under powered...but works brilliant as a pavement princess..The 2.7L engine works okay (not ideal) for something as light as  a Fortuner or a second gen Hilux Surf..but for the Prado with the added weight...simply does not work.

But it is bareable (and some what economical) if you are just going to use it in the city sitting in traffic  or don't mind slow cruisy drives on outstations

Thanks bro, yes it would be mostly used in city traffic. I would be driving in very low traffic conditions and only 8km's a day so I wouldn't mind the fuel consumption. If it could climb the Kadugannawa hill without any load that would be enough for me. ?

Yes refunds are processed just like any online payment cancelation.

Also using paynioeer & similar methods are not financially feasible either. ebay & paypal together keep about 10%-12% on final sale value. so all together we are losing about 20% money. considering shipping charges, etc it's not easy to make profit. But if you use a forign account...

My item finally got sold to a poor bugger in US and I shipped it via EMS. But like MkX told there is not much profit cuz paypal and ebay took a percentage of the sale. and my freind has to send me money through his foreign bank account and that may cost some more.

Can happen. if its a metalic covered in clear coat n parked under the sun regularly. Otherwise unlikely.

It would be more of the clear coat having issues than the paint perse.

Thanks guys, Im looking at this 2007 black allion. It is re painted, cant seem to find any accident repairs. The owner said he repainted because the paint was faded due to parking under the sun. Some exterior plastic parts seems to be faded too. So its probably true.

I got a HP Pavilion laptop from them for easy payment scheme, couldn't even use it for a week. It stopped working completely. returned it, and after nearly 3 weeks after multiple visits and phone calls I got a new laptop, just to find out that the charger and bag is still at their repair center. Had to visit the showroom again to get them back. Their service is just horrible. This is my first and the last business with them.

and that easy payment scheme is such a ripoff. They blocked 74,000 from the credit card. If I bought it from Unity Plaza for cash I could have got it for 63,000.

No taxes. As long as lithium batteries are properly packaged and labelled with the obligatory warnings no red flags will be raised. I buy quite a few lithium polymer batteries for my model aircraft and have never had an issue.
