  1. Thanks for the eye opener on the recently imposed ban on adding noisy exhaust mufflers to vehicles, I would withdraw my idea to do the modification with that due to the legal situation. Thanks again @Davy
  2. Hi, I have 1996 Mitsubishi Lancer CK2 (Auto transmission, already with all Evo 4 bodykit), now I would like to get a Evo 4 exhaust muffler installed to get the Evo 4 beat. Planning to get a original Evo 4 silencer which is a used one. Have few questions, Will this really impact fuel economy (I know some people say it does and some say not at all), just like to hear from the community here. Will there be any tendency to get my car failed from the emission test (if the condition of the muffler is good, and i'm not replacing my existing catalyst converter section in the exhaust system) ? Is there any suggestions or recommendations you guys have in this regard for me before I get it done ? PS. I'm not using my car for racing purposes. Thanks in advance,
  3. Hi, just to know I'm asking... is it possible to change/adjust the ECU module settings ?? Thanks
  4. Nope, I tried changing my driving style in many ways, didn’t work.Nor I reverse fast or park with A/C on. Fuelmeter arm goes down as I’m looking at it. There is something wrong as there is rawpetrol smoke, this is not normal. Im so disappointed about this, maybe I shouldchange the O2 and see.
  5. Hi,Thanks for your quick replies. I doubted that it couldbe perhaps the O2 sensor, but I never knew about the MAF sensor and don'tknow whether my car has a MAF either ! Is there any good place (garage or some person) thatyou know where I can check these sensors and replace if needed? But the garage guy saidif there is unburnt petrol blowing out of the silencer there should be a whitesmoke, so that’s why I assumed that its not possible of unburnt fuel. Thanks a lot guys forthe help
  6. Hi, I have a Mitsubishi Lancer CK2 (1996) 1500CC/Auto transmission /EFI car whichis in good condition except for the very high fuel consumption, it does about4.5km per liter. I did engine tune-up/ Checked for brake-binding probs. Tune-upguys said engine is tuned well as there is water dripping from the silencer andno white smoke. But still the same. There is no petrol leak in the fuel pipes/lines, I checked, but there is a bitof a raw petrol smell coming from the silencer. Pls help me on making this fuel consumption little lower. Thanks
