-
make up some wacky names machan. Say it has the ukusu doors, the devatha light and the thoran dashboard. one sure way of selling a car to an idiot

I still can't understand why people who can afford expensive cars worry about their petrol consumption that's like buying an expensive home theater system and watching Rajinikanth movies in it no wonder Axio/Allions have earned the reputation a "Mudalali's Ferrari"

19-21 kmpl..duh..even these buddy vans or marutis can match prius fuel efficiency. BUT since we buy all the garbage Japs have to throw out and soon most of the garbage japs have to throw out will be hybrids, its a matter of time prius makes its presence on our roads. Maybe it will be "THE" car, like AE110 with all the essentials like nickel handles, center antenna et al

Formula One Track To Be Built On Planned ‘New Port City’ Colombo
scds replied to mirage7777's topic in News & Updates
Well said its a good initiative. lets not not try to judge (in this case a ridiculous claim that the President of Sri Lanka wants to pocket money out of a F1 track ) before things have even started, or you could well end up just like our opposition with a jokers hat -
anything that helps is good cameras, traffic updates from heli's are all more than welcome. I hope the govt has the guts to widen all the roads too, especially at the junctions. its good to see this happening in some places like the Nugegoda junction. The Galle road at Dehiwela still looks like an alleyway from Dark ages with all the mudalalis encroaching their shacks right up to the road.

Study: Making Roads Safer Has Led To Bored, Risk-Taking Drivers
scds replied to Pericles's topic in The Lounge
Thankfully, we don't have the luxury of getting bored here in sri lanka the second you may think you are bored and you WILL have some dumass three-wheeler bugger trying to overtake you with his freakin riced bathtub, that too from the left mind you! -
Hats off to whoever made it happen I hope these cameras can survive the bus maniacs

I have a similar story too. ours died when we had to leave the poor fellow in the care of a caretaker for few months Needs lots of love and exercise, real gentleman, great with children, and probably the canine version of usain bolt. what athletes these ridgebacks are utterly faithful and absolutely loving. no two words about it

I can't speak for SU14, but I had a SU 13 and my, that was one special car for me. never let me down that old girl felt like driving a battletank. these cars are heavy, so check the shocks

I have the unlimited package, and I've noticed that the SLT speeds have picked up lately

Allion/Axio seems to be gaining reputation as the "Mudalaalis Choice"
