  4. Dear All, After a long time I'm posting here .I'm using a Mitsubishi Lancer C14A car. It's YOM is 1985, Engine is 4D65 Diesel 1800cc.These days I'm having a trouble with it's gear box . Every time when I shift to 2nd or 4th it jumps to Neutral with an unpleasant sound . Now it's in garage and they say that the gear box needs to be replaced or fully repaired. what should I do????? Plz help me to solve this trouble!!! Cheers PS: Ok now, I called some importers, a used gear box costs around 35K's . what will be better guys, Replacing or repairing??? what will do the job better??? I'm bit confused about the garage guys , will they able to get the original condition of the gear box after repairing?? (it's not a high tech garage, only a small place)
  5. Machang, The same issue came with my uncle's EP91 Starlet. the micamic said it's a problem with fuel relay. After he replaced it, now the car seems fine. But better check the air sensor too . Cheere
  6. Whoow..... Two Timing Belts ??? If that's the case better to keep away from them. This is the first time I herd such thing in a Normal Van Cheers Harsha....
  7. Dear Dude, As per my knowledge, Serena is not manufactured for run in South Asian countries (The countries which don't have good roads). Their engine is made for run on Highways. Also I heard that their Radiators are having some troubles. If any friend know about Serena further more, plz do comment. Cheers !!!
  8. Hey dude, Cheers for your new car !!! Go for a Toyota Corolla 110 or Starlet EP91, Those cars are the best for your budget and also you can resale them without ANY TROUBLE !!! Fuel economy is totally superb !!!

Yep dude. It's @ Minuwangoda. Exactly in Minuwangoda Industrial estate. When you are travelling on Colombo- Minuwangoda main road, you'll find a junction called "Japala Watte Handiya" befor you teach to Minuwangoda Town.. Turn right from that and you'll find the place within a kilometer. Cheers
  10. It's nice to hear that at least some cops know the truth........

Now I'm in a big trouble. But I heard that there is a system to replace a new one. Hope It'll not fade If someone knows something, plz inform us. Thanks

  14. QUOTE (Killer-B @ Mar 30 2010, 10:14 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I was looking out for a manual but found only a 2 door glanza I really have to get a 4 door car sona, and a manual would cost much less........I guess? Yea they the alloys are 14''..... now I have a advance paid for the car machang so cant change my decision. The a car had a good ground clearance (wonder if they are really 14'') anyways thnks for the post brthr... Hey bro, don't think serious on my post, all round it's a REAL GOOD CAR. ground clearance is ok. But, before you buy it, put two or three persons on back seat and go on a ride. Because 14inch alloys may hit with mudguard when shocks working. cheers!!!
  15. QUOTE (Killer-B @ Mar 29 2010, 04:00 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Its a petrol and has an automatic trans. It also has a set of 14inch alloys (Darwin racing) and a new set of tyres too its also equipped with a Xplod CD/MP3 palyer with USB input and sorry the milage is 98978 to date when I called the owner today. Do you think it is clocked? How will i be able to know? Machang, ep91 is a real good car. my uncle owns one. fuel economy is also perfect(15-18kmpl manual gear). But better check the meter reading again. And also 14 inch alloys??? my uncle put 13 inch alloys and it was a mess when running on un-leveled roads. the whole mudguard got cracked because of the wheels. Try to buy a manual, non-modified car. Cheers!!!
