I have a FN14 with a GD15DS carb engine. its a 1.5 litre engine gives out abt 90hp. I'm thinking to swap a 2.0 ltr or more fuel injected engine for it. currently looking for a compatible engine. The GTIR version of this make has a turbocharged SR20DET engine this will probably be a straight fit, but its hard to find and expensive than other 2.0 ltr options in SL. Can u guys give me your opinion for a compatible NISSAN engine!!

Guys, any one know a place to find some cheap muti-grade passenger car lube oil

I got a 19- Famila 1991 1.3L. Since its was my first car i'm keeping it like a baby, as close as to original specs. I had to go through number of repairs/ replace spares apart from its engine which is very good. No power steering means tricky. my one does hardly 9-10 kmpl with A/C+P/S in city limits. Expect lots of corrossion if its not maintained properly. I wouldn't suggest that pal

Guys, please explain what will happen if some Semi- syntetic/ syntectic engine oil is put to older engines say a car engine built in 1990+. The manufacturer recomends to put mineral oil. What will happen if i put synthetic oil???
