i was hopin for da b18c type r, its supposed to be too powerful, i'll be happy as long as i can get arnd 130-150ps with abt 10kmp/l economy(econ has to be 10 atleast).... yes gearbox/engine combo, dont think da standard ef2(d15b) gearbox would work well wit da engine how much is he quoting? can u mail me da [email protected] c if financially viable....

Its a sad state....

grand civic '88...15-8xxx series, d15b single carb, good body condition, appearance mods-turbo scoop, standard spoiler wit light,fish fin arial..., window tint, stickers, 15"JDR rims..kenwood radio cassette...very powerful....(no cd yet:(), good interior, sports steering, air horn, blue front park lights..., almost forgot, sport gearknob n' cover, power shutters, mirrors n'steering, remote n' central lockin, scurity system... think we should suggest somethin like pimp ma ride 2 sirasa, since they like 2 copy all da american reality shows...

well i did say i was goin to do all possible mods within 200k..... cant afford better car at mo.....due to our lovely tax system...

at da mo im runnin da stock engine dat came wit car, with arnd 150k-200k on clock....cant remember....in for painting at da mo... ne ways even after removing da high pressure fuel pump, n replacin wit original which da prev owner had installed i've only gone frm 4.5kmpl-7kmpl approx....not much change in power either, seems a bit low compared to other ef2's....(single carb)... i hear da v-tech is more economical and more powerful as well...(saw a supercharged ef2 turbo with a b18c type r block, very tempting, 400hp, 200hp with just stock b18cr) how much bhp can this chassy take, without compromising safety...pls advice abt good brakes as well... not able to put beat barrel as well cause of low fuel.... got abt 200k i hear can get a good vtec for arnd 80k.... really need da performance shocks tho...cause very bumpy ride at da mo....(dont wanna lose da profiles<_< )....

Hi Guys, im contemplatin swappin da d15b3 on ma '88 grand civic to a b18c type r. ne idea on da cost of a complete b18c type r block wit da tranny and mounts? guess i'll have to improve brakes and shocks. ne good performance shock that'll fit? i've got 15" low pro wheels at da mo... was plannin to go wit prelude/ or brembo brakes... ne other upgrades i may need to accomodate da engine swap? ur ideas please...

@nexgen know what ur talkin abt. slt webaccelerator....its free now....used it when i was on dial-up, it's crap as it keeps disconnecting frm slt server and also stops ne webpage u were loadin frm loadin. PN settings? what's dat? pls explain guys.

for those of u adsl users and also dial-up users, there's a more reliable option. maruti? goin fast? i'd like 2 see dat... as per my experience...all they do is hog da road like these 3wheeler, dont think they can go much faster... damn frustratin if ur stuck behind one.... sure its an economical car to run...but only for a short period accordin to what i hear... ma bro's frnd has one of those cool lookin maruti suzuki swift's, it doesn't even do 7kmpl (my 18yr old honda does better and also performs better) frm what he says...damn slow 2....he had his gear oil changed recently frm p*tst*p and experienced a drastic performance drop.......n' these guys's usually do a really top notch service n' oil change..... so im guessin it's down to da crappy build quality again.... so i'd say be it 4 every day use, and/or performance da jap cars are more durable n' cheaper to run...n' perform better as well... (sorry all of ya wit indian machines didnt mean to offend ull) S

I have a feelin da fastest is dat new DB9 dat was imported...does close to 200mph i think. oh yes bet dat CLS dat they've got here is pretty fast as well. guess number 2 Right wit u bro on NFS_MW, it rocks....still play it. carbon's a bit dissapointing tho...
