  11. Guys, Any of you have idea of a place where i can buy 4 used 165/80 X 13 passanger car tyres in good condition. My current tyres are weared out(i only fitted them 2 yrs back which i brought brand new). I would love to fit barand new tyres, but due to current low budget limit of mine this is not possible. So any of you guys know good place? Thx.
  12. Guys, I don't recommend this place by expirence. I brought a part for my toyota wagon last year for 7500 and after few weeks i found that it was faulty. Since there return period is 2 weeks i couldn't get a replacement also. So even though they call it geniun, i'm not sure it's 100% true.

    Tyre Size Info

I checked with S K Munasinghe and they said Dunlop 165 R80 13 will cost around 6700/-(Japanese) and 5600/-(Indonisian). Also GT(Champero) 165 R80 13 is around 5500/-. Due to my current finiancial situation can't spend lot here. So what you guys think? When it comes to Dunlop what is better? Japanese or Indonisian? Is GT(Champero) good? Few reviews in internet say it's handling is not good in wet condition. Is this true? Is there any other GT brand which is better?

    Tyre Size Info

My mechanic told to go for a bigger size bcos of distance between road and car is low with my current tyres. Since my wagon is dissel 1 it might be the reason with heavy engine.

    Tyre Size Info

Guys, I'm currently have tyre size of 155/80R13 in my DX wagon. Since all tyres tracks seems wear out i'm thinking of replacing all 4 tyres. My mechanic ask me to go for the next higher tyre size. You guys have any idea which is the next higher size? Also im thinking of going with either Dunlop or GT. What is the best one out of these? Also how much will this cost?
  18. I always goto Nalaka @ Hyde Park. They do a full diagnosis(brakes, shoks etc.) with wheel alighnment.
  19. Machang, Even i notice this recently. Also i heard from a radio news program that currently there aren't any speed limit in Sri lanka. From what i heard court had banned old speed limits and allocated new speed limits of 56 and 72 few months ago. But these new limits still not gazzet and approved by parliment. So since old ones are banned and new ones are still not approved by parliment cops can't stop vehicles for any of those speeds and charge you. Anyway i'm 100% not sure of this, but it's the only logical answere i can come up with at the moment. Anyway this is always open for comments..
  20. Well thanks for info bro's. Anyway my problem is fixed now. Well problem was in the new feed pump i brought from well known merchant who advertise they selling genuin parts. My mechanic finally decide thats was the part giving peoblem after chacking all other parts related to this. Then my mechanic and i searched for a suitable recondition totyota feed pump for a weeks and wasn't lucky. Then my mechanic fix a recon nissan feed pump instead of toyota one. Only different beteen two types was where the screws goes. Anyway after this change till now my wagon start smoothly everyday. So bottom line is 2500 recondition nissan feed pump fixed the problem which 7500 genuin(now imnot sure its a genuin) toyota feed pump couldn't fix.
  21. Nalaka @ Hyde park does headlight alignment

Guys, I had the problem again today and fortunatly i could reach a garage before worse. When the mechanic at the garage relase the air all came to normal again. Does this mean i have to replace upper and lower cluth washers(which i did last week) or the cylynders or whole pump? Can there be a problem with the washers i replaced?
