  1. There is a AC parts shop near Jubilee post Nugegoda ( I cannot publish the name in here). You can buy a cabin filter for 1200 rupees.
  2. Does anyone know the fuel consumption of Honda Grace hybrid. I heard that it's not economical as toyota axio hybrid. ANY suggestions?
  3. Machan.. Thanks for the detailed post, but you can find lot of such articles on the internet about restoring headlights from outsde. But no one seem to know or no one seem to care about how to remove durt and road grim from inside of a headlight.
  4. good topic bro.. pls share your service point details guys.
  5. Check with Nalaka @ hide park. But I dont have any experience with them as yet.
  6. Soltron has to be on the tank atleast for 4 days to make it effective. THATS THE GOLDEN RULE. Otherwise its just a waste of money. no matter you are driving a loooong trip or a short trip. So dont blame it. Im using it and it works. Pls check the test done by Uni. of Moratuwa. http://www.soltronlanka.com/test.htm
  7. http://www.soltronlanka.com/test.htm Pls check the above link for more details. And soltron has to be on the tank atleast for 4 days to get the best out of it. And from my experience with my petrol corolla, its working.
  8. As far as I know, this sluge formation issue is with lean burn engines. Not all VVTI engines are lean burn. specailly the cars manufactured for singapore has lean burn engines. So be carefull if your car is imported from singapore.
  9. Just a comment to this, People talk like water is allergic to newer petrol engines but its not entirely true. Its not good if water goes inside sensors, sensors are fully sealed to outside but better be careful if the vehicle is old. And you can wash it with normal tap water without putting pressure. I have done it with Toyotas and you can do this with lot of Japanese babies but better careful with Korean and other brands. And dont make it a habit.
  10. Hey all.. I used eagle one nano wax before and it was a good experience compared with other products, but not even close to meguiars wax/polishes. I got it down from amazon -US and it costs as the same price as eagle's nano wax. Quality is superb.
  11. Guys, For undercoating, dont spend unncessary money.... Just go to Wurth Lanka - Nawala. or to nearest lube shop.. Wurth has good undercoating products and its from germany. I have used a product called "High Build under seal". its a aerosol spray can and costs less than 2000/-. You ca do it yourself. But the vehicles underbody should be cleaned and dry. And they have a another product which needs some tools to oparate. Choice is yours. Dont know whether i went too far to promote this product, but i guess its a good thing to promote good, cost efficient products. I heard clean park's tuff-kote also good on this but expensive.
  12. Not sure about this but according to what I heard from others is that pulling a auto transmission car is completely normal for that car but if you are pulling it using another auto transmission vehicle, its not good for that vehicle. not to your car.
