any recomended place/s for toyota engine tune ups?

I have no idea about what type of ATF in, this is the first time I'm gonna replace..but thanks must need to find out

There are so many concerns about replacing the ATF. Some ppl are saying the best way is by removing the sump and some are saying thru the machine. My car is a Toyota and I called Toyota lanka to verify what's the best..they said unless if they are not seen any reason to remove the sump they do it manually, I don't know what their manual system is. Hope ppl are here have some better ideas..!!! Thanks!
