Vios is 1.5 (1NZ-FE) Variant with Conventional Auto box U340E (Not CVT) which is assembled in Thailand. if i were you i would stay away from high mileage CVT equipped cars as most of them will give trouble which is expensive to replace than older Conventional Autoboxes which can overhaul. but that's just me.

Hmm.. as far as i know, Generic OBD tools doesn't work on ABS Diagnostics right? (Correct me if I'm wrong) only a Agents or Suzuki based scanner would pick this up.

Premio is a compact sedan which is lot roomier than subcompact Grace which is based on Honda city. I would choose Premio hands down if money permits and not concerned on fuel consumption.

It contains the same chemical composition for far lesser price. Valvoline Zerex Asian Vehicle Coolant. Bought it from Nepka motors in Panchi for 1750/- (toyota SLLC is close to 8k at local agents and surprisingly container looks similar too. Could be toyota outsourced from them) for 50/50 pre-mix. Really dont want stuck in nowhere for couple of bucks by failing water pump.

Looks to me is the Axle shafts boot Clamp is bit loose, get it Tightened by a Mech, you might want to replace the clamp if it's broken.

Most of the New Toyotas with CVT boxes started acting up when they hit 100K Mark. 240 in that case came with 4Speed Conventional auto, no issue with that. it can take lot of abuse i would say.
