  1. Nissan released pictures of a Juke test-mule today. Still seems to look like a joke....but then I suppose that is what its appeal is...

  2. Just maintain the car properly.....at the end of the day there is no magic formula that is going to stop metal from wearing out or absorbing heat or any other natural effect that materials would have. Get a decent oil that is appropriate for the type of running you do (as that has an impact on how much the engine heats up and for how long and how much an oil needs to to able to tolerate that heat without breaking down and becoming too thin), make sure your engine's coolant system is up and running properly....running gear is running well, tires inflated properly, etc... and most importantly driving it properly (e.g. do not rev high and drive crazy when then engine is cold)

  3. I’m not updated with the latest info, you might have to check that with DMT, anything can be done there if you know someone up the food chain.

  5. It's nothing new, liqui-moly is already selling such a product if I remember correctly. Personally, I think proper and timely maintenance would be much more effective in increasing the longevity of the engine than using these questionable products.

  6. Although it's not officially supported, Android Auto does work in Sri Lanka. You can simply download the APK from a site like apkmirror and get going. When @danss70 said Android Auto was not working, what cable did you use to connect to the car? It will not work with most cheap cables available in Sri Lanka as it uses a high speed data connection between the head unit and the phone. Try with the original data/charging cable that came with the phone. If thats not available, try with a UGreen data cable from ebay. I'm using AA with Audi MMI since day one with zero issues. So it does work in SL. And Google Maps beats the hell out of any proprietary maps software car manufacturers have.

  7. Toyota Thailand released the Toyota Majesty today.... The Majesty is the replacement for the HiAce Ventury; which was pretty much an Alphard like variant of the HiAce. It was released soon after the HiAce Premium Lounge (last 2 pictures) was showcased at TMC 2015... Would be interesting to see if this will be launched in Japan as a big brother variant of the Alphard/Vellfire; or even if this will replace the Alphard/Vellfire in Japan completely as the sister vans are supposed to get merged in to one. Considering how large this thing is and that the Alphard/Vellfire is targeted more towards families, its hard to imagine that it will.

  9. The Skyline sedan/coupe gets a face-lift with engine/, hybrid system and ProPiot tweaks...I love the fact that they went back to the Nissan logo instead of the Iinifinity logo for the Skyline Best part ! We get to see another 400R ! It won't be as crazy as the original 400R but still nice for nostalgia sake...yay for 400+hp Japanese barge sedans ! Nissan has dropped the 2.0L Merc 274 and is going with the Vr30DDTT for the gasoline variants and VQ35 for the Hybrids. The standard gasoline variants will have about 300hp (stock output of the VR30DDTT) and the 400R will have the same engine tuned up to put out 400hp. #NissanSkyline #400R

  10. Images of the latest prototype of the Honda-e. Supposed to put out nearly 140hp with a whole bunch of torque. Since it is rear wheel drives with the motor in the back, the car is supposed to have an insane turning radius because the wheels have a crazy turn-in. So could this be a proper EV for drifting ?
